6th Espinho International Art Biennial

The sixth edition of the International Biennial of Art of Espinho has its opening scheduled for next April 25th, at 12:00 pm, at the Espinho Municipal Museum. 

This year, 61 works in the areas of drawing, painting and sculpture are competing for the three prizes.

The 2021 Biennial also has two other exhibitions of guest artists - "Show me your face" and "Paperwork" - which will be shown in the galleries of Centro Multimeios and of Junta de Freguesia de Espinho.

The International Biennial of Art of Espinho is a way to think about contemporary art in these adverse times we are living, turning it into a powerful means of cultural communication and taking it to the public through the imagination and creativity of artists from different parts of our planet, which although sick, is still a space of opportunities for the construction of an aesthetic identity, which is different in its forms and colors, free by nature, but always fraternal and dustless.
